Do you have a question about residing in the Netherlands, for example for a partner or family member? Or are you stuck with immigration law and unsure where to begin? You can first get to know me without obligation during a 20-minute telephone call. This allows you to calmly explain your situation and for us to explore together what I can do for you.

Why start with a free introductory consultation?

Because I understand that legal assistance can feel daunting and that you first want to know who you are dealing with. And because I also want to see whether I am the right lawyer for you. This way, you know where you stand, without immediately receiving an invoice.

Diving into the details

We then schedule a paid advice consultation, during which we go through the substance together:

  • I explain exactly what the rules are.
  • Which documents you need.
  • What your chances are.
  • What you can expect if you want to proceed with your application.

This advice consultation lasts approximately 45 to 60 minutes and costs €175 including VAT. It will take place via video call.

After this consultation, you will know exactly where you stand. You can then choose: do you handle it yourself, or would you like me to take care of it for you? If you continue with me, I work with clear pricing agreements, without surprises afterwards.
