Sharing personal data with third parties
Law firm Immigratia shares your personal data only with third parties insofar as necessary for the provision of services, taking into account the purposes stated above. This may include, for example, the substitution of the practice by another lawyer, the (outsourced) performance of an expert assessment, or the engagement of another third party on behalf of and commissioned by law firm Immigratia, such as an IT supplier, as well as providing your personal data in connection with (judicial) proceedings or correspondence with the opposing party.
In addition, law firm Immigratia may provide personal data to a third party, such as a supervisory authority or another public authority, insofar as there is a statutory obligation to do so.
